After about a decade or so of working in restaurants, I must have thousands of stories I've told and heard about what goes on behind the scenes and the innumerable jerks...er...customers out there. I'm not sure any one of them stand out much more than the rest, but I am sure that many servers and bartenders out there can share my sentiment on how aggravating this job can really be. Sure we can make good money, but I'm still shocked at grown adults acting like 2 year olds on a daily basis. It's baffling how many people out there appear to have never been introduced into society.
So why a blog? Mostly because I feel the need to rant sometimes and I honestly doubt my close friends want to hear about it day in and day out....though most of them work with me and completely empathize.
